How to get here by airFly from Addis Ababa to Arbaminch. Flight is available 2 days a week as per the schedule below, which is subject to change. Then drive 275KM (90KM asphalt and 185 gravel road) that takes about 5– 6 hours. On the way it is possible to visit the Konso and Erbore tribal villages.

Key Afer market is at 42KM on the way from Jinka to Turmi (Buska Lodge) where the Bena, Tsemay, and Ari tribes trade. Dimeka market is at 107KM on the way from Jinka to Turmi (Buska Lodge) where the Hammer and Bena tribes trade. How to get here driving from KenyaDrive 200 KM north of Moyale (the boarder town) and turn left at Yabello and drive 100 km west. At Konso, leave the road to Arba Minch on the right and drive 185 km left crossing Weito where you will turn left again. |
